Hotel Payment & Charges
IMPORTANT information to note
All guests will be required to provide a payment card to pre-authorise their stay. This pre-authorisation will cover a period of 10 days in line with the British Open. Please ensure that the card provided can cover the full amount of your booking. Where guests are sharing a room, both guests will be required to provide a card.
Upon check-out, players may redeem the voucher issued against their hospitality. Any additional nights outside of the allocated hospitality period will be charged to the card provided.
Please also note that the voucher is only redeemable against the room originally booked with the hotel. If a room change is made and not declared, the voucher will not be valid or redeemable.
Failure to check out and present a valid voucher will result in the full cost of the stay being charged to the card provided.
Anyone checking in earlier that the 24th June will have to complete payment ahead of the pre authorisation happening on or after the 24 June subject to check-in date.
